FAQ's

Tudor Cottages offers an old world feel with modern pleasures. With a long history, Tudor Cottages has recently received a refresh so that modern comforts are now added to each cottage. Each cottage will sleep 2 guests in a queen-sized bed and the whole property can be rented for group bookings up to 6 guests (2 guests in each cottage).

Tudor Cottages is located right next door to Tatra Wedding reception venue. The Pig & Whistle Tavern is a two minute drive and the shops and restaurants of Mount Dandenong (Mt Dandenong Hotel, IGA supermarket & liquor, Indian by Nature, Olinda Pizza, Pig and Whistle, Kelly's, Post Office, Hair for the Hills, Organic Fanatic, Mt Dandenong Bakery and much more) are less than 5 minutes away.

Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is 11AM.  We offer a self-check-in process which allows for arrivals after 5pm. We ask that guests ensure that they have printed out, and bring with them their booking confirmation as well as their check-in email which contains vital information about accessing the property. We are happy to offer an early check-in / late check-out at no additional charge if there are no other guests due to depart/ arrive at the property on the day of your arrival/departure.  Please contact us by text message or email the afternoon before your arrival/departure to confirm if this is possible.

There is one allocated parking space for each cottage.  Additional guest cars are not permitted and must be parked on nearby Hume Lane.

We do allow dogs to stay at the property with you, however there are some conditions.  We ask that guests only bring small-medium sized dogs that do not shed hair and are well trained and accustomed to being indoors.  Please contact us prior to making a booking to ensure your dog will be accepted. There is no outdoor fenced-in area or yard, so pets must be on a leash at all times when outside to go to the toilet and their droppings must be picked up and disposed of in the outdoor garbage bin.  Pets must be able to be kept indoors on their own while you are away from the property or go with you each time you leave. A pet surcharge is applicable to cover additional cleaning costs. This surcharge may be discounted for stays of 3 or more nights. Please contact us for a quote. Cats and rabbits are not permitted.

Full payment is required to confirm a booking - we do not take tentative bookings or partial payments.
